There is an increasing demand for replacement power supply units for older analogue mixing desks - as the original items are usually no longer available from the original manufacturer.

This item has been designed to be as flexible as possible - the main voltage rails can be pre-set to any desired voltage during manufacture. They are normally set to +17v and -17v which is suitable for most mixers commonly seen. Each rail can supply in excess of 4 amps.

There is a 48 volt Phantom supply provided - this will supply large mixers with well over 32 channels.

The output on the rear connector is a 5 pin female XLR - connecting cables can be made up to suit many different makes of mixer.

A large heat sink is fitted to the rear panel - making the unit convection cooled, so it is silent and suitable for use in Studio control rooms, or quiet recording areas.

The rack case is a standard 2U size - and the circuitry is linear using a large toroidal transformer. It will be supplied with rack fixing screws.
